Monika Mersmann focuses on the wishes of her customers and has a firm eye on proper implementation. After graduating with a degree as a specialist translator, she worked for several years as a translator in the industry and got to know the processes and interaction of the individual departments in detail. She founded the company in 1994 and has been managing it for more than 20 years with all its ups and downs. The company continues to develop, and there are also big plans for the future.
