How do we translate?

We use a Translation Memory for all our technical translations. It supports the human translator by storing segments in the source and target languages during the translation process. If a segment that has already been translated is recognized, the translator receives a proposal that he or she can accept or modify. This gives the technical translations the same consistency as the source text and avoids undesirable synonyms.

Automation

– A key area in the world of industrial manufacturing. Traditionally closely associated with mechanical engineering, the industry has faced new challenges for several years now. Information technologies lend intelligence to sensors and actuators and are, therefore, an integral part of Industry 4.0. But automation is also continuing to grow as an integral part of the automotive industry: in the area of electromobility, significant innovations will certainly be made in the coming years. Even in the construction industry, robots are already drilling holes, erecting walls or being used in demolition. According to statistics in World Robotics 2017, more than 1.7 million industrial robots will be installed worldwide by 2021– most of them in the automotive industry. Driverless transport systems with robot-controlled battery changes are also among the areas that play an important role in automation.
